He is a former Trademark Examining Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has more than a decade of experience working with large and boutique law firms. He has successfully procured and prosecuted trademarks for leading U.S. corporations, including opposition and cancelation proceedings before the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

While Chad's primary focus is on trademark procurement and prosecution, his legal experience includes trademark, patent and copyright litigation support, licensing and royalty agreements, copyright filings, domain name disputes, cybersquatting and internet law. With an undergraduate degree in aerospace engineering, he also works with technology transfer and licensing.
